I can’t sum it up better than their website, so here it is: at Orangetheory Fitness, find “inspirational coaches, mind-blowing science, and cutting-edge technology”.
This is truly a workout unlike any other. The one-hour sessions are guided by a fitness coach, and results are tracked using a heart-rate monitor. The workout varies daily, and each person is encouraged to go at his or her own pace (the coach will help by personalizing the workout to meet your needs).
The science behind Orangetheory encourages 12 minutes in the “orange zone”, which is 84-91% of your maximum heart rate. Interesting stuff!
