The term “new construction” generally refers to brand new homes – or homes that have never been lived in before. At any given time in Park Ridge, there are usually a handful of new construction homes being built and/or listed for sale in the MLS.
As you may see in the listings below, new construction homes can be listed at different points in the building process – e.g. with plans only, mid-way through construction, or fully finished.
